The solution
A single soft-touch column with radiused corners and a magnetic disc that tilts flush against it when nothing is on it. Every surface your devices touch is silicone, so the thing that holds your phone all day never marks it.

The base is weighted so you lift the phone off one-handed instead of lifting the whole charger.

Tilt the magnetic disc back against the body and the Halo goes back to being a plain, quiet column.

Qi2 and MagSafe-compatible iPhones reach the full 15W. Older MagSafe and standard Qi handsets charge at 7.5W, which is a limit of the phone rather than the Halo. Android phones charge on the base pad at up to 5W and will need a magnetic ring case to hold on the arm.

If you have a Qi2 or MagSafe-compatible iPhone — iPhone 12 and newer — yes, the arm delivers up to 15W. Older Qi phones and some third-party magnetic cases negotiate down to 7.5W. That ceiling is set by the handset, not by the Halo, and no charger on the market can raise it.
Yes, through cases up to 5mm thick, including official MagSafe cases and most leather or silicone cases. Two exceptions: cases with a metal plate or a magnetic card wallet between the phone and the charger will block the coil, and very thick rugged cases may hold the phone too far from the magnet ring to stay put on the arm.
Partly. Android phones charge on the base Qi pad at up to 5W. To use the magnetic arm you will need a case with a built-in magnet ring, or a stick-on magnetic ring. Qi2 Android handsets with native magnets will attach directly.
Any USB-C Power Delivery adapter rated 20W or higher will run the Halo. A 30W adapter is what we recommend if you regularly charge all three devices at once, because the three coils share the input. A 5W phone-era adapter will not run it properly at all.
Only if you want it to. A tap on the base cycles the ambient ring through its presets, a long press starts a slow colour drift, and holding it again turns the light off completely while the charging keeps working.
Orders are picked and dispatched within 1–2 business days. US delivery then takes 7–15 business days from dispatch. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is scanned, and you can follow it any time on our order tracking page.
Yes, to most countries. International transit is typically 8–18 business days depending on the destination and local customs. Duties and import taxes are set by your own country and are not included in the price at checkout — full detail is in our Shipping Policy.
Because our payments are processed by Verifone (2Checkout), who act as the merchant of record for the sale. Your statement will show a descriptor such as 2CO.COM*LUME rather than LUME on its own. This is normal and it is not a duplicate or fraudulent charge.
If you see a charge you do not recognise, please email us before opening a dispute with your bank. We can identify the order and resolve it, usually the same business day — a chargeback takes weeks and locks the funds while it runs.
Yes. Card details are entered on a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant checkout hosted by our payment processor and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers. We only ever receive the order details, your shipping address and the last four digits of the card for support purposes.
30 days from delivery, for any reason. The unit needs to come back with everything it arrived with — cable, adapter, pouch and packaging — and in resaleable condition. We pay return shipping on US orders. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the return arriving. Full terms are in our Refund & Return Policy.
Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo or short video of the problem and we will ship a replacement immediately — no return required before the replacement goes out. Faults that appear later are covered by the 24-month limited warranty.
